See what are you lacking?

The lifestyle we live in keeps on getting worse as we grow up. Also we get out of shape continuously and starts complaining. I'd seen people complaining for their fat tummy,being the reason for their insults.  Seen a few skinny guys never turning lean. Everybody is complaining but only a few are working over their dream physique. 

And among the people who are actually working out seems really confused for what is best for them. This is because when a person joins a gym or begins to workout, they get instant results.  Yeah, its really difficult to workout in the beginning but the results are instant. As they keep working out they tends to complain for not getting enough gains.  

This is because they probably dont know what is the best training for them.  Or there can be various reasons to it which we will discussing below. 

So as a beginner once may find it really hard to choose what is best for them, as they know nothing about how does weights and exercise work. 

1. BEGINNERS
 So for beginners its really important to have someone who have been working out in a long term to guide them with weights and techniques. Moreover, it is advised to go for full body workout with lower weight when you join gym. So that your muscles gets habitual of the weights,and the motion of weights in exercises.  A few weeks later you'll see your body adapting the weights and wanting more of them hitting with perfect technique. This is called muscle memory, you are advised to hit exercises with lower weights because heavy weights or medium weights can injure you since you have zero muscle memory. After you are fine with the weights and the technique you may get into ISOLATION exercises,hitting single muscle at a time. 



2. INTERMEDIATE 
   Now when you overcome your fear of weights and have a gym partner and everything is going well but as a intermediate you aint getting the gains you work for.  Hnmm,here is some problem ! The most probably known problem is your training type. 
 You may be hitting one muscle at a time. Like,chest on monday, arms on Tuesday, shoulders on Wednesday and so on.  This bro spit wont get you nowhere, you need to upgrade your training. 
Try adding two muscle group on the same day.  Like chest and tricep,back and biceps.
This will magically get you insane results as compared to BRO SPLIT.  The only thing to keep in mind here is to keep the muscle according to their variation, like if you place chest on monday place triceps with them, since both of them are PUSH dominant exercises.  
Change the variation of your exercises,  when you complete this training type. Get into PUSH AND PULL varition.  
Have PUSH days and PULL days and LEG days separated. 
Things wont work out if you keep hitting the same variation for years. 

3. ADVANCED. 
when you go advanced,you have enough knowledge of whats hitting you the most. The exercise, the variation, the weights, the diet. Everything is infront of you.  You will have to go to something really new since old variation wont work for you. 

BUT THE IMPORTANT THING OF ALL IS NOT THE WEIGHTS, ITS THE TECHNIQUE YOU WORK WITH. THE FORM, HOW ACCURATELY YOU LIFT THE WEIGHTS. DO NOT EGO LIFT, LIFT WHAT HITS YOU THE MOST. KNOW YOUR WEIGHTS, KNOW YOUR DIET AND GROW.
